MEZ-TECHNIK exhibits at the BIG5 Show in Dubai again from 21.11. – 24.11 and will present a broad range of products for air duct systems.
MEZ-TECHNIK GmbH is specialised in products for the manufacturing of air ducts and the mounting of ventilation systems. Products for air duct builders and mounting firms have been developed, manufactured and sold for decades. At the BIG5 Show in Dubai MEZ-TECHNIK will present a broad range of products for air duct systems such as access doors, sealant, mounting rails, air duct clamps, ventilation pipe clamps. But the main focus at the BIG5 is on our air duct profile and on our new suspension system MEZ-ZIP-CLIP.For decades, MEZ-TECHNIK GmbH has been supplying air duct builders in Germany and abroad with high-quality air duct profiles with and without injected sealant. Long before energy efficiency became the talk of the town, the ventilation specialist recognised the trend towards increasingly higher requirements on the leak tightness and stability of ventilation ducts and the resulting energy savings. At the BIG5 Show we will present our air duct profiles. They have been tested for leak tightness class C by an independent TÜV-certified test institute according to the requirements of EN 1507 (EUROVENT 2/2 or DIN 24194 Part 2). Furthermore they are tested according to VDI 6022 by the ILH Berlin. The second main product is our new suspension system MEZ-ZIP-CLIP. This system is designed for the suspension of all static loads. It gives the engineer the freedom to choose the drop lengths and is available for loads from 10 kg – 230 kg. The system is independently tested and certificated. It is compliant to DW144 and UL certificated. By using our new system you can save a lot of time during assembly which leads to a reduction of costs up to 30% according to customer feedback. A second advantage is the easy handling of the system. You only have to pass the wire through the clip, loop the wire around the anchor point, pass wire back through the clip and apply tension.
